Vendor Spotlight: Nothing’s Like Netta’s, Where European Flavor Meets Heartfelt Hospitality

Have you ever been drawn to a food truck simply for the story behind the name? Well, Nothing’s Like Netta’s doesn’t just deliver gourmet treats; it delivers stories, soul, and a heaping helping of European-inspired comfort.
​A Recipe Born from Passion
“Our love for cooking and baking”—that’s Netta’s simple but powerful reason for starting her food truck. As a former stay-at-home mom, she longed to share flavors steeped in her European heritage. “European, because I am European and I felt like I could bring a different taste to the community,” she shared.
And the community responded—fast. At her very first event, “they came … and there was a line waiting."

From Logo Love to Home-Cooked ClassicsThere’s artistry in everything Netta does—her food and her branding included. The logo? “Hand-painted by her daughter,” a family touch she cherishes and even immortalized as a tattoo. 
Let’s talk dishes. Her dessert game is strong: that beloved Vanilla Bean Cheesecake remains a crowd favorite—and while she smiles when asked about her secret, she simply says: “But my lips are sealed.”
But Netta’s truck isn’t just about desserts. One Facebook post showed off cupcakes for a graduation party—a perfect match of vanilla with lemon buttercream and chocolate with vanilla buttercream. On another occasion, she teased lasagna with homemade noodles, even calling attention to the dark specks on top as her “homemade noodle seasoning.”

Netta knows how to create buzz. One post shouted, “Nothing’s like Netta’s will be here next Saturday! Tell your friends, bring your family and have a great time with us!” 
What Drives Her? The Food—and the People
When asked about her favorite part of the job, she doesn’t hesitate: “the cooking and the customers.” It’s that connection—watching someone savor her food, come back for seconds—that keeps the fire burning.
Looking Ahead
Netta’s not stopping with the truck. She’s aiming higher—eyeing a potential grocery chain partnership and dreaming of a cozy brick-and-mortar space in five years. If that sounds like a future worth tracking, you’re right.
Her advice for aspiring food truckers? She keeps it grounded and real: “Read all you can, come over. Also get the (Bill Moore's) books!”
