This is a package of 12 two-hour plus Master Classes. 4 are upcoming live events and 8 are previously recorded classes. Each live class is held the first Monday of the month (except holidays, then the 2nd Monday). We will cover important topics like break even, writing a business plan, branding, marketing, food cost, speed of service, hiring & training, events and catering. Each class concludes with a dynamic ending Q&A session (the session ends when the questions end).
