In order for the class to make sense please complete these spreadsheets prior to attending the class.
This spreadsheet has two versions. If you have Office 365 use the subscription version. Software loaded on your computer use the software version. Give yourself at least three hours to complete this sheet. You will need all your supply prices and all your exact recipes with portions determined before attempting to fill out the information.

This sheet helps you to know the exact point where your business will start to be profitable. You will need to know all your expenses such as insurance, permits, commissary, etc. Do this sheet AFTER doing the food cost sheet as information from that sheet is needed in the breakeven point sheet.
